I’m thrilled to bring home some yoga and relaxation to all of you again this year for the Holidays. It feels like a cozy little tradition that I look forward to so much! There is no better time to de-stress, make time for yourself and take a moment to check-in with the mind and body than this time of year.
Come join me for a fun, energizing, calorie burning session with encouragement on meditation. It’s important to listen to your body and do what feels good. I will teach in a layering style with modifications and give proper body alignment with verbal and hands on adjustments, so ALL levels are welcome! Bring a family member or friend... the more the merrier!
While merging breath to movement and exploring strength & balance, we will laugh and have some fun… yoga is not to be taken too seriously! Class is led with music and spoken in easy to follow English dialect. Yoga mat, water and towel are recommended.
I'm honored, as a former Angie's Studio student, to come back to a familiar space that holds so many wonderful memories. In my early years of dance and tumbling, I remember I wanted to BE (Miss) Angie! Her talent and teaching skills were things I looked up to and carried with me as I continued to dance and went on to teach myself. I'm incredibly inspired by her sharing her gifts as an instructor, studio owner, busy mother... and all the other hats she wears. I'm so proud of my nieces Taylor, Anna and Camryn for the beautiful performers they are and to Carly for supporting her sisters so graciously (not to mention her free style dance skills.) It's a joy to watch ALL the amazing talent I see blossoming in this studio!
I'd like to say a special "Thank You" to Angie and all of you who've joined us for some yoga the last few years we've done this. YOU ARE INSPIRING.
