Revitalize & Manifesting Your Mission Retreat

Hello Amazing Humans,

How are you? It seems as though my mindful writing went on an extended pandemic hiatus. That won’t stop me from knowing that the passionate writer in me still exists. I have brilliant news which excites me to share with all of you. A worthy reason to revive this shared space of mindful living and invite you to Sonoma to shine your light.

In partnership with the lovely Sarah Anderson; owner of Chateau Sonoma Self Care, aka 5th Street Farm we invite you to our third wellness day retreat REVITALIZE AND MANIFESTING YOUR MISSION– May 20th from 10AM-4PM in my hometown of Sonoma, California. As Sarah and I continue to collaborate on bringing more wellness and inspiring professionals to our community, we are especially excited to be curating retreats for 2023 together. Creating a unique experience that can enrich our connection’s to ourselves and each other is our hope with REVITALIZE. Our exciting expert joining us to share all her manifesting wisdom is my dear friend, General Hospital alumni and my personal executive accountability coach, Brianna Brown Keen. I’m more than delighted to get to share her with those who can attend.

We’ll spend the day at the Chateau Sonoma Farm, practicing self care through a mindful yoga practice, meditative wandering through the lush gardens, enjoy a farm to table lunch prepared by Chef Kyle, sound healing with Teitzah Karys and dive into Manifesting Your Mission!

Growing into your future with health and grace and beauty doesn’t have to take all your time. It rather requires a dedication to caring for yourself as if you were rare and precious, which you are, and regarding all life around you as equally so, which it is

The time with Brianna, will help you reveal and dive into your biggest blocks personally and professionally as well as create an action plan to shift through them using Manifesting Your Mission Guidebook.  You will also be gifted your own guidebook to use for the remainder of the year to help you habitualize what you want to step into to further thrive.

Through our Asana practice, we will celebrate life, a sense of renewal and intention setting with open hearts in the beautiful space of the 5th Street Farm barn. My love for music and thoughtful sequencing will inspire a harmonious, open space for emotions to flow freely, calm the mind and allow your body to be informed through alignment as you discover your ever-growing authentic self. Balancing the third eye chakra will invite you to lean into your inner wisdom and guidance, tuning into creativity and trusting your self intuitively. Uplifting, empowering and fun flowing, I thrive on creating a mindful vinyasa yoga flow, linking breath to movement that’s well-rounded, challenging, yet relaxing and safe to accommodate various levels. NOTE: I’ll provide a short sequence you can take home with you to encourage a daily practice of linking the mind, body spirit. Try a complimentary Everyday Flow with me with me before you come, don’t miss the Spotify playlist in the description of the link.

As Oprah would say, “I know one thing for sure”; as I move through this one and only life, I too have to remind myself to carve out time to pause, to treat myself with the love and care needed to thrive not only so I can show up as the person I’m proud to be but for everyone with the various hat’s I wear, children I’m raising and all my relationships & passions I want to see nurtured. I desire to be growing, goal setting and believing in all that I am capable of consistently.

I can tell you wholeheartedly, that working with Brianna and utilizing a guide book that is now her published version titled, Manifesting Your Mission, since 2015, has been one of the biggest game changers for me as I transitioned from being a single actress and yoga teacher living in LA to becoming a married mamma with two little girls, actress and yoga teacher living in Sonoma. While the specifics of how full and abundant my life feel are not the important pieces, the notion that I have immense gratitude daily and am motivated to personally keep thriving for more, is a wonderful feeling I want to forever. It takes practice and fostering a solid mindset rooted in the things we are grateful for and believing in what we are capable of… and repeating it until it becomes part of us.

I’ll leave you with a testimonial I wrote for Manifesting Your Mission a few years ago:

“I’ve always been a datebook, journal “junkie” bursting with ideas and keeping busy schedules since I was young. The joy and love for creating goals for myself, making to-do lists, feeling inspired by quotes, free-writing, manifesting and taking time to reflect on obstacles and opportunities is FOR REAL. Unless things are written down somewhere with a plan in place of why and how I want to achieve a year full of dreams, I lose my way. Manifesting Your Mission has all the elements and tools to keep me feeling on top of my game and striving to do and be better every day. Especially since moving out of LA and becoming a mother and wife, it’s so important for me to continue to thrive in my creative passions. Using this book effectively continues to be one of my favorite things to take time for myself and sit down and write in. it gives me clarity, appreciation, hope, acceptance and structure, which for me is huge for getting things accomplished and relishing in some self-love. So much of what I write down in this book are also the things I pray and meditate on. It’s pretty remarkable when you realize you are capable of MANIFESTING the life you want. Thank you, Brianna, for creating something that can truly help people in so many ways.“

I’m alway’s an email away if you have questions or comments! If this all sounds like it aligns with you, excites you and even may cause a little resistance, then I believe you’re ready to join us May 20th. I’d love to see you there.

With Gratitude, Andrea
